Brimstone developed a deeply decarbonized process to make ordinary Portland cement and another key concrete ingredient, supplementary cementitious material. The Brimstone Process uses carbon-free calcium silicate rock instead of limestone to deliver a product that is identical to conventional materials and cost-competitive at scale.
