The Director of Supply Chain will play a key role in developing and executing supply chain strategies that support business objectives while ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance
• Optimize inventory levels to balance customer demand and minimize carrying costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee logistics and transportation activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products
• Implement and manage key performance metrics to measure and improve supply chain performance
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team
