Greenhouse is looking for a Partner Manager, Strategic Integrations to join our team.
This role will be responsible for successfully developing and leading Go-To-Market (GTM) plans with Strategic Integration Partners, driving direct revenue and, where applicable, ARR growth. You will collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and customer-facing teams on co-marketing initiatives to drive new Partner-sourced ARR and/or Partner-sourced Direct Revenue through customer adoption and usage. Additionally, you'll work closely with Product teams to build and continuously optimize joint products based on feedback from customers and partners.

What you’ll do
- Track and assess the success of each strategic Integration, articulating insights, obstacles, opportunities, and threats to leadership and stakeholders, and initiating action as necessary.
- Collaborate with partners to drive ongoing enablement and incentives for their customer-facing teams, enabling them to effectively refer or sell Greenhouse-enabled solutions.
- Similarly work with partners to drive ongoing internal enablement and incentives for Greenhouse's customer-facing teams, fostering mutual referrals and customer adoption.
- Establish trust with Greenhouse's Sales team, supporting them in nurturing relationships with strategic integrations that lead to new customer opportunities.
- Ensure a feedback loop is in place with customer-facing teams, allowing for input on the effectiveness of cross-functional enablement and referral initiatives, as well as product and service feedback, and identifying opportunities to optimize or enhance Greenhouse's partnership strategies.
You should have
- Multiple years of experience executing strategic integration partner initiatives, working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success) to drive revenue growth.
- Proven ability to build and manage complex strategic partnerships, including reselling, bundling, and white-labeling.
- Demonstrated marketing experience leading campaigns and collaborating with demand generation, content marketing, and customer marketing teams.
- Experience enabling Mid-market and Enterprise partners, and working closely with customer-facing teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success). Skilled at influencing stakeholders across different levels within internal teams.
- Proven success in developing and nurturing partner relationships with integration partners to drive customer adoption and revenue generation.
- Familiarity with API integrations and collaborating with R&D teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of partners with varying priorities. Experienced with prioritizing tasks, leading cross-functional teams, setting clear roles, and ensuring accountability across partners and projects.
- A strong business acumen and understanding of how partnerships create value for various stakeholders. Capable of using data and basic revenue modeling to break down complex goals. Skilled in measuring, analyzing, and reporting performance to provide actionable insights and drive decisions.

The national pay range for this role is $119,000.00 - $$158,667.00. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
