- The purpose of the role is to run operations for Irradiant and support executives on special projects
- Irradiant Technologies is rapidly growing and requires an agile resource to support a variety of workstreams including back office operations, facility management, project management and special projects
- This resource will work closely with both the CTO and CEO to achieve these objectives
- This will be an integral role to support the company’s growth (double in headcount and triple its facility footprint in the next year)
What You’ll Do
List of 5-8 things that describe what the employee will be working on:
- Financial management including paying invoices, managing bank transactions, generating POs, financial planning and forecasting
- Implementing HR processes and operations including headcount planning, performance reviews, new hire onboarding
- Managing IT projects from equipment and software purchases and management
- Support process development and implementation throughout the company
- Manage facility operations and build out of expansion location( design, procurement, installation, build out)
- Project manage and executive various initiatives to support the company
What You’ll Bring

- Strong project management skills and ability to communicate clearly
- Good interpersonal and people skills
- Strong analytical base to provide analyses on options / choices for the company
- Strong sense of organization, process development and implementation
- A good understanding of financial forecasting and financial management
- A familiarity with back office functions and how to operate in them (ex. AR/AP, HR, IT, legal, etc.)
- Past experience reviewing contracts (NDAs, commercial agreements, etc.) - optional
- Past experience with construction projects (design, bidding, management, execution) - optional
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000, and we are committed to equitable compensation across our company. We handle our benefits through an annual reimbursement to give our employees greater flexibility with the plans that meet their needs. We offer a Flexible Paid Time Off policy and encourage people to take regular vacation.
