Role Description:


Your role will be pivotal in developing and executing targeted strategies, engaging with potential clients, and converting them into trial users. You will lead introductory and demo calls with prospective clients, understand their technical needs, and communicate our solutions effectively. Your involvement will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition to the trial period, where your role concludes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically tailored to different markets in the electrochemical manufacturing sector.
  • Conduct introductory and demo calls with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate our solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients, including key industry players.
  • Communicate the technical benefits and solutions of our products effectively to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify market opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s products and expand the client base.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales process status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer service and sales strategies.

Required skills

  • Proven sales experience in the electrochemical asset manufacturing industry, including battery &/or electrolyser manufacturing, or a closely related field, including scientific or industrial sensors, quality control solutions or spectroscopy equipment.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrochemical processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and decision-making personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
