Sublime Systems is a technology company commercializing affordable, ultra-low-carbon cement. Sublime is seeking an experienced Project Controls Professional to join our owner’s capital project team to lead the design, construction, and commissioning of our first commercial plant in Holyoke, MA. This key role will report to the Project Director and be a key resource for establishing the controls platform for this and future projects as well as overseeing the execution of the work underway. We’re seeking an individual who is capable of simultaneously planning and executing a very fast paced project while building out the tools and processes for our Capital Project Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Experience as owner representative for large industrial chemical plants
- Proficient in:
- Quantity based earned value progress modeling
- Capital project accounting including cost and change control
- AP invoice processing, reporting
- Financial analysis and cash flow forecasting and tracking
- Capital estimating
- Engineering and contract administration
- Planning and scheduling
- Contractor compliance
- Reporting and presentation development
Requirements:
- Able to work Hybrid with significant travel to Somerville and Holyoke, MA
- 10+ years’ experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA highly preferred
- Design, construction, and startup experience- highly preferred
- Experience with DOE funded project administration preferred
